Couldn't figure out the kite

Well, I'm kite challenged. I couldn't figure out the dimensions so I made a pinwheel instead. <sigh>

    I really like this one and remember seeing it on the OWH FB page. What was the verdict, was it too Halloweeny? (I don't think so.) :)
